I love to see the world through my camera. It gives me focus. Lately I find myself wanting to get closer and closer to what I see cherishing every detail. Flowers are an incredible metaphor for many things in life - they look so different on the surface, but their basic underlying purpose is the same - survival. In these photographs I strive to glorify the detail of these differences and the dance they do with the light that surrounds them. I hope you enjoy my personal vision!

Crotalaria Spectabilis or Showy Rattlebox
The common name rattlepod or rattlebox is derived from the fact that the seeds become loose in the pod as they mature, and rattle when the pod is shaken. Who knew?
